“They were so helpful, suggested 3 different tires for my car. Low price, mid-price & higher price. I checked out their suggestions & went w/the higher price Continental. What a difference the new tires made. The tech left a report on the wheel alignment, which I thought was great. Definitely needed it! I liked that everything was included in the price of the installation. Other places may quote a lower price, then add on necessary charges. Their prices were great. Every place says they have a comfortable waiting area. Which no place actually has, except Kenwood! The waiting area is a separate room, TV, wifi, books & magazines. Great old pictures from the early 1900s on 1 wall, wonderful artwork on the other. Took about 2 hrs, but I didn’t even realize it, I was enjoying the art & history of the building. They were knowledgeable & friendly. Kenwood is the place to go for tires, I definitely will go back.”
